Throughout the year, the South High Music Department hosts a variety of fundraisers to help financially support our students and their musical experiences. Thanks to the generosity of our community, these fundraisers have made it possible for us to:

• Provide scholarships for our annual music department trips — past destinations have included St. Louis, Chicago, Memphis & Nashville, New Orleans, and Washington, D.C.

• Bring in guest artists to work directly with students.

• Purchase new instruments, equipment, and music.

• Expand and diversify our course offerings so even more South High students can participate in meaningful music opportunities.
